Source of Inspiration
Tracie's journey to becoming a dog trainer was inspired by her natural connection with animals, especially dogs. Her initial experience involved training and handling Service Dogs, which sparked her interest in working with more challenging cases. She became fascinated with understanding the root causes of aggressive or reactive behaviors in dogs and how to transform them. A turning point in her career came when a brilliant trainer advised her, "Everything you need to know to fix this dog is sitting right in front of you. You just need to learn to speak dog and listen when they speak." This wisdom drove Jen to travel across the country, working with thousands of dogs with behavioral issues. Her dedication has saved countless dogs from euthanasia, and she has even taken in dogs from around the world, often serving as their last hope. Thanks to her efforts, many of these dogs now thrive in loving homes.

Professional Experience
Tracie has an extensive professional background in training dogs, particularly those with behavioral challenges. Her specialization lies in working with aggressive and reactive dogs, as well as leading Large Field Socialization Projects. These projects utilize a dog’s natural pack mentality and ability to socialize and correct one another in a controlled environment. While in New Mexico, Jen made history as the first woman to successfully place 100 dogs with behavioral issues on a football field off-leash, including 10 dogs removed from the dangerous dog list. Her innovative approach and expertise have made her a respected figure in the field of dog training.

Unleashing Expertise
Tracie is most passionate about and experienced in behavioral rehabilitation and Large Field Socialization Projects. Her forte is combining nature, a dog’s pack mentality, and structured socialization to rehabilitate dogs with behavioral issues. This unique approach has proven to be highly effective, and she takes pride in helping dogs overcome challenges to live happier, more balanced lives.

Future Forecast
In five years, Tracie envisions training more professionals in her techniques and creating a network of skilled trainers who can implement these methods. Her ultimate goal is to open a large facility where this type of work can be conducted safely and successfully, further advancing the field of dog training and rehabilitation.
